Beginner’s Aerial Hoop Routine

In 2019, I challenged myself to learn a new art – Aerial Hoop – in addition to pole; and incorporated it as a fitness routine.

Aerial Hoop, also called the Lyra, is a form of aerial art where a steel hoop is suspended in mid-air.  A single performer (even two) do tricks that showcases flexibility and grace.

The video below shows my practice of various tricks in Phase 1 & 2. I am classified as a beginner –  still a work in progress intending to learn and advance in this art.
